Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate high-end equipment to clients using provided demo units
- Build client relationships through personalized product consultations
- Meet/exceed sales targets using our proprietary CRM system
- Execute in-store merchandising with provided branded displays
- Collaborate with team to create immersive product experiences
- Process transactions using our tablet-based POS system
- Participate in product training sessions for new equipment
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience with premium products
- Proficiency with mobile devices and sales software
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license for equipment demos
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Madison area residency preferred
