Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, active listening, and personalized recommendations
- Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products based on customer needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in previous roles
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic retail software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving required for store operations)
