Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue by effectively demonstrating products using company-provided tablets and demo equipment
- Build lasting customer relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Utilize provided CRM tools to track leads and manage sales pipelines
- Operate and maintain sales technology including inventory scanners and POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in ongoing product training using provided learning materials
- Maintain showroom presentation standards with supplied merchandising tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with technology (comfortable with provided tablets/POS systems)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license (some client travel may be required)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
