Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided demo equipment to showcase product features and benefits
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Maintain and troubleshoot provided sales technology (tablets, POS systems, demo units)
- Meet/exceed sales targets using company-provided sales analytics tools
- Process transactions using provided POS equipment with accuracy
- Participate in training sessions for new equipment and product updates
- Collaborate with team to optimize in-store equipment usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable learning and using company-provided technology/equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic troubleshooting abilities for electronic devices
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
