Responsibilities
- Utilize provided tablets and demo equipment to present product features and benefits
- Build rapport with customers through consultative selling techniques
- Meet/exceed sales targets using company-provided CRM tools
- Operate retail technology including inventory scanners and payment systems
- Collaborate with team using shared digital workstations and communication tools
- Participate in virtual training sessions via provided VR headsets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years retail or tech sales experience
- Proficiency with mobile devices and retail software
- Valid Texas driver's license (equipment delivery may be required)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends with provided company vehicle
