Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive new business development.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, contracts, and terms of service.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of equipment to clients.
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress using the CRM system to forecast revenue accurately.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to provide valuable market insights to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, industrial, or equipment rental sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
