Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and sell premium outdoor/fitness equipment using company-provided tablets and demo tools
- Build customer relationships through personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in product training sessions to leverage new equipment effectively
- Ensure store presentation meets brand standards using provided merchandising tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Proficient with technology and comfortable learning new equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license (equipment demos may require local travel)
