What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, explaining features and benefits clearly.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all company products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
