Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit operations
- Merchandise products to maintain visual standards and optimize sales floor appeal
- Collaborate with team members on inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain current knowledge of offerings
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
