Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product demonstrations and styling consultations
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and relationship building
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain pristine store presentation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales goals and inventory targets
- Build and maintain client book for repeat business and referrals
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury retail or high-end sales experience required
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong product knowledge aptitude and willingness to learn luxury brands
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
