Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Achieve/exceed daily and weekly sales targets while maintaining store standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Build client relationships through follow-ups and personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain product displays
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Train new associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficiency with retail POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
