Your Mission
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You'll drive revenue by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing top-tier service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and price changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
