Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to drive sales and build loyalty
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Actively participate in product training and team meetings
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
