Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing detailed product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Recommend add-on sales and promotions to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
