Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers upon arrival to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Demonstrate products and handle sales transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain a network of new and repeat clients to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and manage customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to develop strategies for territory expansion.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
