Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and customers through face-to-face interaction and professional outreach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to provide expert advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems and CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share in the Corpus Christi area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
