Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily/monthly targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining secure cash handling and inventory control
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and peak customer experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record in customer engagement
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficient in POS systems and basic retail technology
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if driving required for store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
