Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Present products and services effectively to meet sales targets and customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up communication and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a “customer-first” attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate a POS system.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and earn competitive commissions.
