Responsibilities

- Learn and utilize our internal software and CRM tools effectively.
- Accurately input and manage customer data and information.

- Attend virtual training sessions to master job functions.
- Adhere to company policies and professional communication standards.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
