Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly demeanor.
- Process customer orders, handle returns, and ensure accurate data entry into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to meet monthly performance targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools and company policies to assist clients effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
