Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through targeted virtual client acquisition and retention strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales calls via video conferencing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in virtual sales training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience with remote work preference
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market insights
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a home office environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional Tulsa client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
