Responsibilities
- Generate leads and close sales through virtual channels including video conferencing and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across Southern California
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers remotely
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Track sales activities using Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in virtual team meetings and ongoing product training
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with remote work preference
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills via digital platforms
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience in tech/software sales highly desirable
