Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for 50+ employees annually
- Administer benefits programs, leave requests, and employee relations inquiries with empathy and precision
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Coordinate employee training initiatives and performance management cycles
- Support HR analytics projects to optimize talent retention strategies
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and organizational development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive HR coordination experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday or BambooHR preferred)
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of Georgia employment laws and EEO regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate complex employee situations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR analytics tools
