Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Deliver exceptional virtual and in-person customer service via phone, chat, and branch interactions
- Master digital banking platforms while maintaining traditional teller operations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit union products and services
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security standards
- Participate in immersive training modules covering banking regulations and technology
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail essential
- 6+ months customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with remote work technology and digital tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
