What You Will Do
Our training program will equip you with the skills needed to excel. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, check cashing, and account deposits.
- Providing exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and assisting clients with account questions.
- Identifying and cross-selling our suite of financial products, such as savings accounts, CDs, and loans.
- Maintaining accurate daily records and reconciling cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Assisting with the opening and closing of new customer accounts and performing routine maintenance on existing ones.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all bank policies, regulations, and security protocols.
- Collaborating with the branch team to create a welcoming and efficient branch environment.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and POS terminals.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to obtain necessary banking licenses and complete training modules.
