This role bridges quantum computing, cognitive neuroscience, and emerging AR/VR technologies to create interfaces that anticipate human needs before they're consciously perceived. You'll work in our Austin Innovation Lab, collaborating with quantum physicists and neuroscientists to redefine digital consciousness.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct quantum-enhanced user studies using entanglement-based neurofeedback systems
- Develop predictive UX models using quantum machine learning algorithms
- Create neuro-adaptive interface prototypes for AR/VR and brain-computer interfaces
- Analyze quantum-encrypted user behavior patterns across multi-dimensional datasets
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams in quantum cognition and sensory augmentation
- Translate quantum UX principles into industry standards for 2026 digital experiences
Qualifications
- PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Neuroscience, or Quantum Computing
- 3+ years experience with neuroimaging technologies (fNIRS, EEG)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum cognition or human-quantum interaction
- Expertise in AR/VR development platforms (Unity, Unreal Engine)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks for neuro-interfacing
- Strong background in statistical analysis of quantum-entangled datasets
