Job Description
Join the Architects of Tomorrow
OmniStream Global is pioneering the infrastructure required for the post-silicon era. As we approach the technological inflection point of 2026, we are seeking a visionary Quantum-Ready Systems Architect to lead our transition toward hybrid classical-quantum computing environments. This is not just a job; it is a mission to future-proof enterprise data security and processing capabilities.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical, scalable software architecture. You will design resilient systems capable of withstanding the decryption capabilities of quantum computers while maintaining seamless operations for our legacy client base.
Why Apply?
- Shape the Future: Directly influence the roadmap for the next decade of technology.
- Competitive Compensation: Industry-leading salary and equity package.
- Premium Benefits: Comprehensive health, wellness, and continuous learning stipends.
Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Resistant Solutions: Design and implement post-quantum cryptography (PQC) protocols and hybrid cloud architectures to secure sensitive data against future quantum threats.
- Legacy Migration Strategy: Develop comprehensive roadmaps for migrating existing monolithic systems to quantum-ready microservices, ensuring zero downtime during the transition.
- System Optimization: Oversee the integration of quantum processors into classical computing clusters, optimizing resource allocation for mixed-workload environments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex quantum technical concepts into strategic business value for C-suite executives and engineering teams.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performance team of systems engineers focused on next-gen infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Physics; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years focusing on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or distributed systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with hands-on experience with quantum simulation libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Cryptography Knowledge: Strong understanding of lattice-based cryptography, hash-based signatures, and multivariate polynomial cryptography.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and plan infrastructure scaling years in advance.
