Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing infrastructure supporting 100+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerance strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical models into deployable systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum technologies and best practices
- Drive innovation in quantum networking and distributed quantum systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, circuit design, and compiler optimization
- Proven track record implementing quantum error correction codes
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
