Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end quantum computing infrastructure integrating classical and quantum systems
- Design fault-tolerant quantum networks with sub-millisecond latency across distributed nodes
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead implementation of quantum error correction protocols at scale
- Create security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Establish KPIs for quantum advantage validation in production environments
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum systems integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record deploying quantum systems with 100+ qubit stability
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum networking protocols (QKD, quantum repeaters)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
