Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead implementation of quantum-secure communication networks across global data centers
- Create predictive maintenance systems for quantum hardware using AI/ML algorithms
- Establish quantum safety protocols and quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing
