- Create migration strategies for legacy systems to 2026-compliant architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing enterprise-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep knowledge of NIST post-quantum cryptography standards
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Cirq)
- Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services)
- Published research in quantum systems or security (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
