Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years with IBM Q or Rigetti quantum systems
- Published work in quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Clearance for government-funded research projects
