Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience

- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement, superposition, and decoherence
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex mathematical analysis
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
