Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Lead research publications in IEEE Nature and Science journals
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Partner with industry clients to deploy quantum solutions in finance and healthcare
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Quantum Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with AWS Braket or IBM Quantum Experience
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
