Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum error correction protocols for 2026-scale systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at global quantum summits
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies with commercialization pathways
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals on quantum algorithms or systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts into scalable prototypes
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
