Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware including superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international quantum computing conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field with 3+ years postdoctoral research
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
