Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in quantum algorithms or hardware development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and parallelization
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding (NSF, DOE, or corporate grants)
