Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error correction protocols and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype next-generation quantum processors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
