Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization

- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Secure external funding through NSF grants and corporate partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and drive lab innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with demonstrated publications
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and noise mitigation techniques
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or ion trap systems
- Track record of securing research funding and leading collaborative projects
