- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE QCE)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level hardware control protocols
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
