Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure government grants and corporate partnerships for quantum initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing standards for the industry
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms, and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding exceeding $1M
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
