Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance system reliability
- Lead interdisciplinary research projects combining quantum mechanics with classical computing
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) and present at IEEE/APS conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical implementations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
