Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications

- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complexity
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into commercial applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
