Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate theoretical models into scalable quantum systems
- Secure patents and intellectual property for pioneering quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Published record in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced research environments
