Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on our proprietary hardware
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at global quantum summits
- Drive patent development for quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing best practices
- Partner with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
