Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions for healthcare and logistics
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for scalable systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical models with physical qubits

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
