- Lead cross-functional research initiatives targeting quantum advantage in real-world scenarios

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation strategies
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, or similar quantum frameworks
