Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation
- Lead experiments on superconducting and photonic quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve qubit stability and coherence
- Publish high-impact research in leading quantum journals
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Drive commercial applications in finance, logistics, and drug discovery
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum information theory
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or photonics
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business value
