Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at major conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and build next-generation quantum talent pipelines
- Secure $5M+ in government and industry grants for quantum research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Quantum, PRX Quantum)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development using Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
