Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum gate manipulation
- Familiarity with quantum annealing and superconducting qubit platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven ability to secure research funding (> $500K preferred)
